摘要
本文以食品科学与工程专业为例,深入探讨了OBE理念在该专业人才培养中的实施现状及其存在的问题,并提出了相应的改进措施,包括明确培养目标以加强专业建设,更新课程体系并调整课程内容以适应产业发展需求,改革教学方式以重视学生主体地位和能力培养以及构建多元化的学生评价体系等,旨在提高食品科学与工程专业的教学质量,培养出更多符合社会需求的高素质应用型人才。
Taking food science and engineering major as an example,this paper deeply discusses the implementation of OBE concept in the talent training of this major and the existing problems,and puts forward the corresponding improvement measures,including clear training objectives to strengthen the professional construction;update the curriculum system and adjust the curriculum content to meet the needs of industrial development;reform the teaching mode to pay attention to students'main position and ability training;as well as the construction of a diversified student evaluation system,the aim is to improve the teaching quality of food science and engineering majors and cultivate more high-quality applied talents who meet the needs of society.
