随着社会科技的发展,食品加工、生产工艺更加复杂。原料来源广,食品安全风险也随之增加,为保障食品安全,应加强食品安全的快速检测。因此,本文对食品快速检测的重要性、常用食品快速检测技术展开研究,以突出快速检测技术在食品安全检测中的应用价值,提升我国食品安全管理水平,改善群众饮食环境。

With the development of social science and technology,food processing and production technology are more complex,raw materials are widely sourced,and food safety risks are also increasing.In order to ensure food safety,rapid detection of food safety should be strengthened.Therefore,the importance of rapid food testing and commonly used food testing techniques are studied in order to highlight the application value of rapid food testing in food safety testing,improve food safety management in our country,and improve the eating environment of the masses.
