摘要
天麻是一种珍贵的药食同源植物资源,具有增强免疫力、改善睡眠和记忆力、缓解体力疲劳、耐缺氧、降血脂和降血压等保健功能。本文综述了天麻的保健功能,为天麻保健食品的开发提供理论依据。
Gastrodia elata is a precious medicinal and edible plant resource with health functions such as enhancing immunity,improving sleep and memory,relieving physical fatigue,resisting hypoxia,lowering blood lipids and blood pressure.This paper reviews the health functions of Gastrodia elata and provides a theoretical basis for the development of Gastrodia elata health food.
