摘要 本文通过对“四化同步”背景下宜宾市现代食品产业绿色发展路径的深入研究,全面分析了当前宜宾市食品产业的现状,揭示其面临的困境。研究重点关注了科技创新在推动产业升级中的重要作用以及科研院所和企业在此过程中的不可替代性,同时探讨了地方政府针对治理食品产业在制定和执行科技调控政策、优化法律法规等方面的作用。通过案例研究与实证分析,展示了宜宾市在食品产业绿色发展方面的成功经验和挑战,并指出面临当今多样化的市场需求,现代食品产业须通过技术革新和绿色发展来提升竞争力,实现可持续发展。 This article,through an in-depth study of the green development path of the modern food industry in Yibin city under the context of the“four synchronizations”,comprehensively analyzes the current state of Yibin city’s food industry and reveals the dilemmas it faces.The research focuses on the crucial role of scientific and technological innovation in promoting industrial upgrading and the irreplaceability of research institutes and enterprises in this process.It also explores the role of local governments in governing the food industry by formulating and implementing science and technology control policies,optimizing laws and regulations,and so forth.Through case studies and empirical analysis,the article showcases the successful experiences and challenges faced by Yibin city in the green development of the food industry and points out that in the face of today’s diversified market demands,the modern food industry must enhance its competitiveness and achieve sustainable development through technological innovation and green development.
