基于OBE理念的理实一体化教学模式探索与实践——以食品标准与法规课程为例

摘要 为提高食品标准与法规课程教学效果,探讨了理实一体化教学模式的相关原则,依据成果导向教育(Outcome Based Education,OBE)理念设计了食品标准与法规理实一体化教学模式的实施程序,并以《食品安全国家标准预包装食品营养标签通则》(GB 28050—2011)为例,对该教学模式的应用进行实践。实践表明,该教学模式在促进学生树立标准意识、深化法治理念、提升职业素养等方面较传统教学模式更有效,切实提高了课程教学效果。 In order to improve the teaching effect of the course food standards and regulations,the principle of adopting the teaching mode of integration of theory and practice in the teaching process was discussed.Based on the concept of outcome based education(OBE),the author designed the implementation procedure of the theory and practice integration teaching model of food standards and regulations,taking GB 28050—2011 as an example of the application of the mode in practice,which showed that the teaching mode is more effective than the traditional teaching mode in promoting students to set up standard consciousness,deepening the concept of rule of law and promoting professional quality.
