我国餐饮行业食品安全现状及质量控制措施

摘要 随着生活节奏的不断加快和生活水平的提升,外出就餐已成为人们日常选择的用餐方式。但近年来,有关餐饮食品的负面新闻时有发生,我国餐饮行业的发展面临着巨大的挑战。本文从我国食品行业的发展和现状出发,对近几年餐饮食品的食品安全监督抽检数据进行了分析,深入剖析了餐饮行业存在的食品安全问题,并提出了餐饮食品的质量控制措施,以期为餐饮企业提供食品安全质量控制的参考。 As the pace of life continues to accelerate and the standard of living rises,eating out has become a daily dining option for people.But in recent years,negative news about catered food is frequent.The development of catering industry is facing great challenges in China.This paper starts from the development and current situation of China’s catering industry,supervision and sampling data of catering food in recent years were analyzed.Meanwhile,this paper provides an in-depth analysis of food safety issues in the catering industry,and proposes quality control measures for catering food,the purpose is to provide a reference for food safety and quality control for catering companies.
