茯砖茶中冠突散囊菌检测的不确定度评定

Evaluation of Uncertain in the Detection of Eurotium cristatum in Fuzhuan Tea

本文依据《测量不确定度评定与表示》(JJF 1059.1—2012)建立茯砖茶中冠突散囊菌检测的数学模型,并进行不确定度评定。结果表明,茯砖茶试样中冠突散囊菌检测结果为1.9×10^(5)~24.7×10^(5)CFU·g^(-1)。当置信区间为95%,包含因子k=1.8331时,扩展不确定度为0.5514。培养基质量对检测结果的影响较大,重复性检测、接种体积和梯度稀释次之,样液制备和样品称量的影响最小。本研究可为检验机构和茶企化验室检测冠突散囊菌提供技术支持。

In this paper,according to JJF 1059.1—2012,a mathematical model for the detection of Eurotium cristatum in Fuzhuan tea was established,and the uncertainty evaluation was carried out.The results showed that the detection result of Eurotium cristatum in the samples of Fuzhuan tea was 1.9×10^(5)~24.7×10^(5)CFU·g^(-1).When the confidence interval is 95%and the inclusion factor k=1.8331,the extended uncertainty is 0.5514.The quality of the medium had a greater impact on the test results,followed by repeatability,inoculation volume and serial dilution,and the least impact on sample preparation and sample weighing.This study can provide technical support for the detection of Eurotium cristatum in inspection institutions and laboratories of tea enterprises.
