岔口驿马消化道寄生虫驱虫效果观察试验

Experiment on the Effect of Deworming Parasites in Digestive Tract of Chakou Post Horse

为科学筛选岔口驿马消化道寄生虫驱治药物,选择甘肃省天祝藏族自治县华藏寺镇和石门镇辖区内的3家岔口驿马养殖户,分别标记为A、B、C共3组,每组选择1岁龄、3~4岁龄和7岁龄的岔口驿马各6匹,分别用阿苯达唑片、伊维菌素注射液和阿苯达唑伊维菌素片进行驱虫效果观察试验。结果表明,用阿苯达唑伊维菌素片驱虫后虫卵减少率为97.80%,总转阴率达94.44%,效果最好;3种药物对3~4岁青年马的驱虫效果最好,驱虫后转阴率分别为83.33%、100%和100%;1岁马驱虫后转阴率最低,分别为66.66%、66.66%和83.33%;3组抗寄生虫药处理后线虫虫卵减少率分别为98.51%、98.03%和99.25%,而马裸头绦虫的减少率仅为8.33%、4.76%和14.29%,差异极显著(P<0.01)。因此,对岔口驿成年马可以选择阿苯达唑伊维菌素复方制剂进行预防性和治疗性驱虫。

In order to scientifically screen drugs for treating digestive tract parasites in Chakou post horses,3 horse farmers within the Huazangsi Town and Shimen Town in Tianzhu County were selected and labeled as groups A,B,and C,respectively.6 Chakouyi horses were selected for each group,which were 1 year old,3~4 years old,and 7 years old,and the insecticidal effects of albendazole tablets,ivermectin injection,and albendazole ivermectin tablets were observed and tested.The results showed that albendazole ivermectin tablets was the best,the egg reduction rate and the total negative conversion rate were 97.80%and 94.44%,respectively.The observation of the insecticidal effect on horses of different ages showed that the three drugs had the best effect on horses aged 3 to 4 years old,with negative conversion rates of 83.33%,100%,and 100%,respectively.However,the negative conversion rates for horses of 1 year old were the lowest,with 66.66%,66.66%,and 83.33%,respectively.The statistical results of the treatment effects of different types of parasites showed that the reduction rates of nematode eggs after treatment with three groups of antiparasitic drugs were 98.51%,98.03%,and 99.25%,respectively,while the reduction rates of horse tapeworm were only 8.33%,4.76%,and 14.29%,with extremely significant differences(P<0.01).For adult Chakou Post horses,a combination of albendazole and ivermectin can be chosen for preventive and therapeutic deworming.
