不同变量圆竹建筑填充组合节点轴压损伤声发射特性研究

Study of Axial Pressure Damage Acoustic Emission Characteristics of Infill Combination Nodes of Round Bamboo Buildings with Different Variables

摘要 针对现有圆竹建筑结构节点构造形式的难点而缺少研究内部损伤位置及演化规律的问题,提出使用硬质聚氨酯材料填充圆竹建筑组合节点的方法,结合声发射(AE)技术和有限元模拟技术对不同螺栓直径和螺孔位置的填充组合节点进行轴压试验,探究不同变量的填充组合节点受压过程中裂纹损伤演化规律。结果表明:聚氨酯填充材料提高了圆竹建筑组合节点的承载力;声发射参数与有限元模拟技术相结合能准确地反映填充组合节点损伤演化阶段;声发射参数实时显示填充组合节点微观损伤、宏观损伤的起裂时刻和节点失效时刻,实现了对填充组合节点破坏源的定位和破坏源能级监测。研究结果旨在为圆竹建筑工程设计阶段和安全维护阶段提供有益的技术支撑和参考。 Aiming at the difficulties in the form of structural node construction of existing round bamboo buildings and the lack of research on the location of internal damage and the evolution of the law,a method of using polyurethane materials to fill the combined nodes of round bamboo building was proposed.Combined with acoustic emission(AE)technology and finite element simulation technology,axial compression tests were carried out on the combined filled nodes with different bolt diameters and screw hole positions to investigate the crack damage evolution law during the compression process of the combined filled nodes with different variables.The results showed that the polyurethane filler material improved the load bearing capacity of the combined nodes of the round bamboo building.The combination of acoustic emission parameters and finite element simulation techniques can accurately reflect the stage of damage evolution in combined filled nodes;The acoustic emission parameters reflect in real time the micro-damage and macro-damage initiation moments of the combined filling nodes and the node failure moments,realizing the localization of the damage source of the combined filling nodes and the monitoring of the energy level of the damage source.The results of the study were intended to provide useful technical support and reference for the design phase and safety maintenance phase of round bamboo construction projects.
