基于视觉识别的智能绿篱修剪机的设计与仿真分析

摘要 针对现有绿篱修剪机立体造型时,修剪一致性差,自动化程度不高问题,设计了一款基于视觉识别的智能绿篱修剪机。根据使用功能对整机进行结构设计,并通过Ansys-Workbench对关键结构进行有限元分析和自由模态下的振动分析,得到位移和应力云图,以及各阶模态下的频率,验证了设计的合理性;对上部传动机构电机轴进行疲劳分析,保证其使用寿命和安全性;最后,通过HSV模型和PnP测距算法,完成对视觉识别模块的设计,进而完成整体方案。 An intelligent hedge trimmer based on visual recognition was designed in view of the poor consistency and low degree of automation in the three-dimensional modeling of existing hedge trimmers.The structural design of the whole machine was carried out according to the functions used.Finite element analysis and vibration analysis under free modes were carried out on key structures by Ansys-Workbench to obtain the displacement and stress nephogram,as well as the frequencies under each mode,to verify the rationality of the design.Fatigue analysis of the motor shaft of the upper transmission mechanism is carried out to ensure its service life and safety.Finally,HSV model and PnP ranging algorithm were used to complete the design of visual recognition module and complete the overall scheme.
