Development Status of Bamboo Bending and Gluing Furniture

我国是世界上竹林资源储量最多的国家,竹材作为一种速生材料,绿色环保且具有优异的顺纹弯曲性能,是制作曲线型家具的理想材料。本文通过对竹材弯曲胶合家具的造型要素、工艺特点进行整理归纳,对竹材弯曲胶合工艺研究进展及问题进行总结分析,以期为竹材高效利用提供参考与理论依据,助力竹材弯曲胶合技术的发展。

China is the country with the largest reserves of bamboo forest resources in the world.As a fast-growing material,bamboo is an ideal material for making curved furniture,because it is quite environmentally friendly and has excellent bending properties along grain.In order to provide a certain reference and theoretical basis for the efficient utilization of bamboo,and promote the development of bamboo bending and gluing technology,in this paper,the modeling elements and process characteristics of bamboo bending and gluing furniture were collated,the research progress and problems of bamboo bending and gluing technology were summarized and analyzed.
