摘要
产教联合体是产教融合的新模式,它标志着产教融合发展进入了3.0时代。基于产教联合体的内涵、优势及实践中存在的主要问题,分析了产教联合体主要利益相关者的角色定位、利益诉求及各方共生的冲突点,提出通过构建利益平衡机制、沟通与合作机制,引入绩效评价与激励机制,构建产教联合体利益相关者共生共促机制,从而加强各方合作,实现长久和谐地发展。
The production-education alliance is a new model of production-education integration,which marks the development of production-education integration into the 3.0 era.Based on the connotation,advantages and main problems existing in the practice of the production-education alliance,it analyzes the role positioning,benefit demands and conflict points of the major stakeholders of the production-education alliance,and proposes to construct the symbiotic co-promotion mechanism of the stakeholders of the production-education alliance by strengthening the benefit balance mechanism,communication and cooperation mechanism,performance evaluation and incentive mechanism,so as to strengthen the cooperation of all parties and achieve long-term and harmonious development.
