1例贝前列素治疗肺高血压患者的病例分析

Case Analysis of a Patient with Pulmonary Hypertension Treated with Beraprost

肺高血压(PH)指各种原因导致的肺动脉压力升高,是进展迅速的致死性疾病。贝前列素作为前列环素衍生物,是目前首个口服给药治疗PH的靶向药物制剂,但在PH专科治疗中未得到足够的重视。现对1例使用贝前列素治疗PH患者的病例进行分析,并通过检索贝前列素治疗PH相关临床研究结果,分析贝前列素治疗PH的安全性和有效性。通过分析发现,单独应用贝前列素治疗PH的短期疗效明确,但长期应用效果并不理想。贝前列素钠联合其他类型的靶向治疗药物在PH临床疗效上具有明显优势,可利用药物之间的不同作用机制,使临床效用最大化。

Pulmonary hypertension(PH)refers to a rise in pulmonary artery pressure caused by various causes and is a rapidly progressing and fatal disease.Beraprost,as a prostacycline derivative,is the first orally administered targeted drug preparation for the treatment of PH,but it has not received enough attention in PH specialty treatment.A case of patients treated with beraprost for PH was analyzed,and the safety and effectiveness of beraprost for PH were analyzed by searching the results of related clinical studies on the treatment of PH.Through analysis,it was found that the short-term effect of beraprost alone in the treatment of PH was clear,but the long-term effect was not ideal.The combination of beraprost sodium and other types of targeted therapeutic drugs has obvious advantages in the clinical efficacy of PH,and the different mechanisms of action between drugs can be used to maximize the clinical efficacy.
