弹性髓内钉联合管型石膏固定在儿童四肢骨折患儿中的应用效果分析

Application Effect of Elastic Intramedullary Nail Combined with Tubular Cast Fixation in Children with Limb Fracture

目的:探讨弹性髓内钉联合管型石膏固定在儿童四肢骨折患儿中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年7月—2022年9月广西壮族自治区妇幼保健院收治的四肢骨折患儿60例作为研究对象,以随机数字分配法分为对照组(采用管型石膏固定治疗)、研究组(采用弹性髓内钉联合管型石膏固定治疗),各30例。比较两组临床效果。结果:研究组关节功能恢复优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.0027)。两组手术时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组住院时间、骨折愈合时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.0001)。研究组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.0195)。治疗2、4周后,两组视觉模拟评分法评分均低于治疗前,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:弹性髓内钉联合管型石膏固定用于儿童四肢骨折治疗,可促进患儿关节功能恢复,减少并发症发生,缓解患儿疼痛程度,加速康复进程。

Objective:To investigate the effect of elastic intramedullary nail combined with tubular cast fixation in children with limb fracture.Methods:Sixty children with limb fracture admitted to Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from July 2021 to September 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into the control group(treated with tubular plaster)and the study group(treated with elastic intramedullary nail combined with tubular plaster)by random number allocation method,with thirty cases each.The clinical effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The rate of joint function recovery in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.0027).There was no significant difference in operation time between the two groups(P>0.05);the hospitalization time and fracture healing time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.0001).The complication rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.0195).After 2 and 4 weeks of treatment,the scores of visual analog scoring in both groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Elastic intramedullary nail combined with tubular cast fixation in the treatment of children with limb fracture can promote the recovery of joint function,reduce the occurrence of complications,relieve the degree of pain and accelerate the rehabilitation process.
