氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗老年冠心病的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Clopidogrel Combined with Aspirin on Elderly Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

目的:分析氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗老年冠心病的临床效果。方法:选取2022年10月—2023年10月电子科技大学医学院附属绵阳医院收治的老年冠心病患者64例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与试验组,各32例。对照组给予阿司匹林治疗,试验组在对照组基础上给予氯吡格雷治疗。比较两组治疗效果、凝血功能、心功能、血清C反应蛋白(CRP)水平、不良反应发生率。结果:试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.023);治疗后,两组血浆凝血酶原时间、活化部分凝血活酶时间、凝血酶原活动度水平高于治疗前,试验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组血清CRP、舒张末期内径、收缩末期内径低于治疗前,左室射血分数高于治疗前,试验组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.026)。结论:氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗老年冠心病的效果显著,能改善患者凝血功能、心功能指标,降低炎性因子水平与不良反应发生率。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of clopidogrel combined with aspirin in the treatment of elderly coronary heart disease.Methods:Sixty-four elderly patients with coronary heart disease admitted to Mianyang Hospital Affiliated to School of Medicine of University of Electronic Science and Technology of China from October 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with thirty-two cases in each group.The con-trol group was treated with aspirin,and the experimental group was treated with clopidogrel based on the control group.The thera-peutic effect,coagulation function,cardiac function,serum C-reactive protein(CRP)level and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.023);after treatment,the plasma prothrombin time,activated partial thromboplastin time and prothrombin activity levels of the two groups were higher than before treatment,and the experimental group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,serum CRP,end-diastolic diameter and end-systolic diameter were lower than before treatment,and left ventricular ejection fraction was higher than before treatment,the experimental group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of ad-verse reactions in experimental group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.026).Conclusion:Clopidogrel combined with aspirin has a significant effect in the treatment of elderly coronary heart dis-ease,which can improve the coagulation function and cardiac function indexes,reduce the level of inflammatory factors and the in-cidence of adverse reactions.
