成人面罩循经叩背在重症监护室肺部感染患者中的应用效果观察

Observation on the Application Effect of Adult Face Mask Meridian Percussion Back in Patients with Lung Infections in Intensive Care Unit

目的:观察成人面罩循经叩背在重症监护室(ICU)肺部感染患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年12月—2023年11月上海中医药大学附属曙光医院安徽医院收治的ICU肺部感染患者60例作为研究对象,随机分为试验组和对照组,各30例。对照组采用呼吸振荡排痰系统干预,试验组在对照组基础上给予成人面罩循经叩背干预。比较两组患者治疗效果、生命体征、炎性指标。结果:试验组治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.044);治疗后,两组体温、心率、呼吸频率均低于治疗前,试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组白细胞计数、C反应蛋白、超敏C反应蛋白水平均低于治疗前,试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:成人面罩循经叩背在ICU肺部感染患者中的应用效果显著,可有效提高治疗效果,稳定生命体征,降低炎性因子。

Objective:To observe the application effect of adult face mask meridian percussion back in patients with lung infection in intensive care unit(ICU).Methods:Sixty patients with lung infection in ICU admitted to Shuguang Hospital Anhui Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2021 to November 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,each with thirty cases.The control group was intervened with respiratory oscillation and sputum expulsion system,and the experimental group was given adult face mask meridian percussion back intervention on the basis of the control group.Compare the treatment effect,vital signs and inflammatory indexes of the two groups.Results:The treatment efficiency of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.044);after treatment,the body temperature,heart rate,and respiratory rate of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the experimental group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the white blood cell count,C-reactive protein and ultrasensitive C-reactive protein levels of both groups were lower than before treatment,and the experimental group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of adult face mask meridian percussion back in patients with lung infection in ICU is remarkable,which can effectively improve the therapeutic effect,stabilize the vital signs,and reduce the inflammatory factor.
