综合护理干预在颅骨修补围术期中的应用效果观察

Application Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in Perioperative Cranioplasty

目的:观察综合护理干预在颅骨修补围术期中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年1月—2022年12月于广州医科大学附属第六医院神经外科行颅骨修补手术的患者84例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各42例。对照组围术期实施常规护理,观察组围术期实施综合护理干预。比较两组护理质量、并发症发生率、护理满意度。结果:护理后,两组语言交流、肢体功能、心理状态、社会功能评分高于护理前,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.002);观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.043)。结论:对颅骨修补手术患者围术期采用综合护理干预,有助于提高患者生活质量、护理满意度,降低并发症发生率。

Objective:To observe the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in perioperative cranioplasty.Methods:A total of eighty-four patients who underwent cranioplasty in the Department of Neurosurgery of the Sixth Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University from January 2019 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with forty-two patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing during perioperative period,and the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention during perioperative period.The nursing quality,complication rate and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the scores of language communication,body function,psychological state and social function of the two groups were higher than before nursing,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.002);the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.043).Conclusion:Perioperative comprehensive nursing intervention for cranioplasty patients is helpful to improve patients'quality of life,nursing satisfaction and reduce the incidence of complications.
