早期综合护理在心脏瓣膜置换术后患者中的应用效果分析

Effect of Early Comprehensive Nursing in Patients after Heart Valve Replacement

目的:分析早期综合护理在心脏瓣膜置换术后患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年5月—2023年11月于安徽医科大学第一附属医院接受心脏瓣膜置换术的患者80例作为研究对象,采用奇偶数法随机分为试验组和对照组,各40例。对照组实施常规护理,试验组在对照组基础上实施早期综合护理。比较两组射血分数(EF)、6 min步行距离(6MWD)、生活质量、术后并发症发生率、监护时间及住院时间。结果:护理后,两组EF水平、6MWD成绩高于护理前,试验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,两组心理状态、生理健康、物质生活、社会功能评分高于护理前,试验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);试验组监护时间、住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:应用早期综合护理,可改善心脏瓣膜置换术后患者的心功能,提高生活质量,降低并发症发生风险,加速术后康复进程。

Objective:To analyze the effect of early comprehensive nursing in patients after heart valve replacement.Methods:A total of eighty patients who received heart valve replacement in the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University from May 2022 to November 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with forty cases in each group by odd-even method.The control group received routine nursing,and the experimental group received early comprehensive nursing based on the control group.The ejection fraction(EF),6-min walking distance(6MWD),quality of life,incidence of postoperative complications,duration of monitoring and length of hospital stay were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,EF level and 6MWD score of the two groups were higher than before nursing,and the experi-mental group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after nursing,the scores of men-tal state,physical health,material life and social function of the two groups were higher than before nursing,and the experimental group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of postoperative complica-tions in experimental group was lower than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);the duration of monitoring and hospitalization in experimental group was shorter than that in control group,and the difference was statistically sig-nificant(P<0.001).Conclusion:Early comprehensive nursing can improve the cardiac function of patients after heart valve replace-ment,improve the quality of life,reduce the risk of complications and accelerate the process of postoperative rehabilitation.
