针对性护理干预对肝癌介入术后患者并发症及生活质量的影响

Effect of Targeted Nursing Intervention on Complications and Quality of Life of Patients with Hepatocellular Carcinoma after Interventional Surgery

目的:探讨针对性护理干预对肝癌介入术后患者并发症及生活质量的影响。方法:选取2020年8月—2023年12月南方医科大学南方医院收治的肝癌患者200例作为研究对象,采用抽签法随机分为对照组、试验组,各100例。对照组给予常规护理,试验组给予针对性护理。比较两组患者并发症发生情况、生活质量、满意度。结果:试验组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.009);干预后,两组物质功能、心理功能、社会功能、躯体功能评分均上升,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:将针对性护理应用于肝癌介入术患者的术后护理中,可有效降低并发症发生率,提高患者生活质量,患者满意度较高。

Objective:To explore the effect of targeted nursing intervention on complications and quality of life of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma after interventional surgery.Methods:A total of two hundred patients with liver cancer admitted to Nanfang Hospital of Southern Medical University from August 2020 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into control group and experimental group with one hundred cases each by drawing lot.The control group was given routine nursing,and the experimental group was given targeted nursing.Complications,quality of life and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The complication rate of experimental group was lower than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.009);after intervention,the scores of material function,psychological function,social function and physical function of the two groups were increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of experimental group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The application of targeted nursing in the postoperative nursing of patients with liver cancer interventional surgery can effectively reduce the incidence of complications,improve the quality of life of patients,and the satisfaction of patients is high.
