玄武岩纤维增强磷酸镁水泥冲击性能研究

摘要 磷酸镁水泥(MPC)以其优异的耐腐蚀性、耐热性和可塑性在建筑行业得到了广泛应用。为了研究掺入玄武岩纤维(BF)对磷酸镁水泥(MPC)抗冲击性能的改善效果。采用落锤冲击试验装置对BF-MPC进行抗冲击试验;分析了不同长度与掺量的玄武岩纤维对MPC抗冲击性能的影响;采用Weibull数理统计模型对冲击试验结果进行拟合和失效概率的预测。玄武岩纤维的掺入可以明显提高MPC的抗冲击次数;其中体积掺量为1.5%,长度为6 mm的玄武岩纤维对MPC的抗冲击性能的提高幅度最大,初裂次数及终裂次数均为不掺加纤维的3倍以上。BF-MPC的冲击次数很好地服从两参数Weibull分布。BF的掺入可以明显改善MPC的抗冲击性能。 Magnesium phosphate cement(MPC)is widely used in the construction industry because of its excellent corrosion resistance,heat resistance and plasticity.To study the effect of basalt fiber(BF)on the impact resistance of MPC.The impact resistance test of BF-MPC was carried out using a drop hammer impact test apparatus.The effects of basalt fibers of different lengths and doping amounts on the impact resistance of MPC were analyzed.The Weibull mathematical and statistical model was used to fit the impact test results and predict the failure probability.The incorporation of basalt fibers can significantly improve the impact resistance of MPC.Among them,the incorporation of basalt fibers with a volume doping of 1.5% and a length of 6mm has the greatest improvement on the impact resistance of MPC,and the number of initial and final cracks is more than three times of that without the incorporation of fibers.The impact number of BF-MPC obeyed the two-parameter Weibull distribution very well.The doping of BF can significantly improve the impact resistance of MPC.
