肯尼亚天然火山灰水化活性和机理研究

摘要 针对肯尼亚缺乏传统矿物掺合料问题,通过掺合料pH值、SEM和XRD分析,研究天然火山灰作为矿物掺合料的活性。结果显示:天然火山灰浆体的pH值变化证明了天然火山灰具有一定的火山灰活性;凝灰岩和火山渣在早期活性较低,随着时间的推移,这两种火山灰均通过火山灰反应和填充作用有效地提升了水泥石的密实性;2#火山灰即火山渣的活性较高,且随着时间推移,火山灰活性增强,并推进水泥水化过程,能够更有效地提高混凝土的密实性和耐久性。 In view of the lack of traditional mineral admixtures in Kenya,the activity of natural pozzolanic ash as mineral admixtures was studied through the analysis of pH value,SEM and XRD of admixtures.The results show that the change in pH value of natural volcanic ash slurry proves that natural volcanic ash has certain volcanic ash activity.Natural volcanic ash such as tuff and volcanic ash have lower activity in the early stages.Over time,both types of volcanic ash effectively enhance the compactness of cement through volcanic ash reaction and filling;2~# volcanic ash,also known as volcanic slag,has a higher activity,and over time,the activity of volcanic ash increases and promotes the cement hydration process,which can more effectively improve the compactness and durability of concrete.
