主题公园包装塑石用砂浆耐久性试验研究

Experimental study of mortar durability for theme park packaging shaping stone

摘要 为研究主题公园包装塑石用造型砂浆对结构耐久性的影响,对两种典型造型砂浆,在喷浆与手工抹涂两种施工工艺下进行了抗压强度、碳化、冻融及氯离子渗透试验,用以评价造型砂浆在长期使用过程中的耐久性。结果显示:施工工艺及环境等级对砂浆耐久性有显著影响。典型造型砂浆在满足强度要求的情况下,抗碳化、抗冻融侵蚀、抗氯离子侵蚀能力存在不足,故在设计使用过程中特别注重砂浆的长期耐久性,并根据使用环境建立相应的耐久性预测模型。 In order to study the effect of shaped mortar for theme park packaging shaping stone on structural durability,two typical moulding mortar were tested under spraying or hand direct shaping to evaluate the durability of shaped mortars.The compressive strength,carbonation,freeze-thaw and chloride ion penetration were used as experimental index.The results showed that the construction process and the environmental action grade had significant effects on the durability of the mortar.Typical plastic mortars are significantly deficient in resistance to carbonation,freeze-thaw erosion and chloride ion erosion while meeting strength requirements,so special attention is highly needed to the long-term durability of plastic mortars during design and use.
