摘要
为了解微信同伴社交平台中群体性孤独现象的表现及特征,分析网络社交催生群体性孤独的成因,以微信App为研究平台,以Z世代高中生为调研对象,利用量化分析与质性访谈相结合的方法展开研究。结果显示,Z世代高中生在网络社交中寻求认同与社交恐惧是群体性孤独的外在表现,其虚拟社交关系呈现快餐化、轻量性与隐私性,这是群体性孤独的内在特征。造成群体性孤独的客观原因是数智时代社交环境发生变化,具有网络技术带来的不确定性、模糊性、流动性等特点,主观原因是Z世代个体成长过程中的障碍及社会转型期的压力带来心理变化。针对以上原因造成的群体性孤独现象,建议通过重拾面对面交谈再造真实的亲密关系,通过回归现实世界提升主体社交的主观能动性,通过培育同理心与培养独处与自省能力建立真诚理性的社交连接。
In order to know the manifestation and characteristics of group loneliness in the WeChat peer social platform,and analyze the causes of group loneliness promoted by network social communication,the study takes WeChat App as the research platform,takes Generation Z high school students as the research objects,and conducts quantitative analysis and qualitative interview.It is found that the identification seeking and social fear of Generation Z high school students in online social communication are the external manifestations of group loneliness,and their virtual social relations are fast food,lightweight and private,which are the internal characteristics of group loneliness.Objective reasons for group loneliness include changes in social environments brought about by network technology,which are full of uncertainty,ambiguity,and fluidity,etc.Subjective reasons include obstacles individuals encounter during their growth process and psychological changes brought about by social transition periods.To address the phenomenon of group loneliness caused by these factors,the study proposes to recreate genuine intimate relationships through face-to-face communication,improve the subjectivity and initiative of individual social interactions through return to the real world,and establish sincere and rational social connections through cultivating empathy and developing skills in solitude and introspection.
