员工生涯阻碍知觉、生活满意度与生涯适应力的关系研究

Study on the Relationship Between Perceived Career Obstacles,Life Satisfaction and Career Adaptability of Employees

摘要 为考察企事业单位员工的生涯阻碍知觉现状,探讨员工生涯阻碍知觉相关变量间的关系,分层随机抽取1215位企事业单位员工进行量表测评,采用SPSS 20.0软件检验三个变量间的关系。研究表明,员工知觉到的生涯阻碍因素相对偏多,生涯适应力与生活满意度整体水平相对偏低,性别对生涯阻碍知觉、生涯适应力的主效应显著,工作年限对生涯阻碍知觉的主效应显著,生活满意度与生涯适应力间呈正相关关系,生活满意度与生涯适应力分别与生涯阻碍知觉呈负相关关系。企事业单位可通过增强员工的生涯适应力水平提升其生活满意度,实现企业与员工的共赢。 In order to investigate the status quo of employees’perception of career obstruction,and explore the relationship between the relevant variables of employees’perception of career obstruction,the study randomly selects 1215 employees of enterprises and institutions by stratification for scale assessment;uses SPSS 20.0 software to test the relationship model among the three variables.The research shows that employees perceive more career obstacle factors.The overall level of career adaptability and life satisfaction is relatively low.Gender has significant main effect on career obstacle perception and career adaptability,while years of work have significant main effect on career obstacle perception,and life satisfaction is positively correlated with career adaptability.Life satisfaction and career adaptability are negatively correlated with perceived career obstruction.Enterprises and public institutions can enhance the life satisfaction of employees by enhancing their career adaptability level,and achieve a win-win situation between enterprises and employees.
