摘要
数字经济的蓬勃发展带来社会的深刻变革,各行各业不断升级转型引发就业岗位结构的转变,给大学生毕业后能否进入心仪的工作岗位带来新的机遇与挑战。以问卷调研的方式对现阶段大学生就业力进行调研,了解大学生在就业时具有的优势与劣势,运用均值计算法、单因素方差分析法研究大学生的就业力及其影响因素发现,大学生就业力水平相对较高,但在就业知识及学习方面得分相对较低,应对突发事件及探索创新方面的能力相对较弱,且其各方面就业能力受性别、年级等因素影响。高校应加强对毕业生的就业指导,强化师资队伍建设,为毕业生增加实习机会,以促进其就业力的提升。
The vigorous development of the digital economy has brought profound changes to the society.The continuous upgrading and transformation of all walks of life has led to the transformation of the employment structure,which brings opportunities and challenges to whether college students can enter their favorite jobs after graduation.The study investigates the employability of college students at the present stage with questionnaire survey,knows the advantages and disadvantages of college students under employment,and analyzes the employability of college students and its influencing factors with mean value calculation method and one-way ANOVA.It is found that college students’employability level is relatively high,but their scores in employment knowledge and learning are relatively low,and their ability to cope with emergencies and explore and innovate is relatively weak,and their employability in all aspects is affected by gender,and grade,etc.Colleges and universities should strengthen the employment guidance for graduates,strengthen the construction of teachers,and increase internship opportunities for graduates,so as to promote their employability.
