摘要
基于积极心理学视角对大学生英语学习动机及其影响因素进行深入研究,采用问卷调查法了解大学生的学习行为和态度,有助于考察不同年级大学生的英语学习动机,帮助教育者更好地了解学生的动机状况,从而制订更有效的教学和辅导策略。研究结果显示,大学生学习英语主要受实用动机、就业动机、社交动机及成就动机的驱动,自我效能感、乐观态度及抗挫能力,自我感知和态度积极性都对大学生的英语学习表现起着重要的推动作用。为此,应创设积极的学习环境和激励机制来激发学生学习英语的内在动机,注重培养学生的自我效能感,培养学生乐观的学习态度和良好的抗挫能力,进一步跟进相关研究,以培养出更积极、自信的英语学习者。
Based on the perspective of positive psychology,the study conducts in-depth research on college students’English learning motivation and its influencing factors,and analyzes students’learning behaviors and attitudes with questionnaire survey,which contributes to investigating the English learning motivation of college students of different grades,helping educators to better know the motivation of students,and formulating more effective teaching and counseling strategies.The results show that students’English learning is mainly driven by practice,employment,social and achievement motivation.Self-efficacy,optimism and frustration resistance,self-perception and attitude enthusiasm all play an important role in promoting college students’English learning performance.Therefore,it is suggested to create a positive learning environment and incentive mechanism,stimulate the intrinsic motivation of students in learning English;pay attention to the cultivation of students’self-efficacy,optimistic learning attitude and good anti-frustration ability;and further follow up relevant research so as to cultivate more positive and confident English learners.
