摘要
为提升5G时代高校思政课教师的信息化助研能力,坚持系统原则,通过文献研究法、访谈法及观察法构建高校思政课教师信息化助研能力提升模式模型,并通过问卷调查收集300份数据进行模型验证。经t检验、探索性因子分析及验证性因子分析发现,由数字化意识、数字化技能、数字化教研3个子系统构成的提升模式模型结果十分显著,提升模式成立。经多元回归分析发现,学校培训和同行态度是影响5G时代高校思政课教师信息化助研能力提升的重要因素,应加强对高校思政课教师数字化素养与数字化教研能力的培训,使数字化成为高校思政课教师教研能力跃升和质变的推力。
In order to improve the informatization assistant-research ability of ideological and political teachers in universities in 5G era,the study adheres to the system principle,constructs a model of informatization assistant-research ability improvement of ideological and political teachers in universities with literature research,interview and observation methods;and collects 300 data with questionnaire survey to verify the model.Through t test,exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis,it is found that the model of promotion mode is composed of digital consciousness,digital skills and digital teaching and research is very significant,and the promotion mode is valid.Multiple regression analysis show that school training and peer attitude are important influencing factors of the improvement of informatization assistant-research ability of ideological and political teachers in universities in 5G era.It is necessary to strengthen the training of digital literacy and digital teaching and research ability of teachers of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities,so that digitalization becomes the driving force of the improvement and qualitative change of teachers’teaching and research ability.
