进入新时代以来,国家治理越来越成为一个新的研究主题和学科领域。不同于政治学、社会学、经济学、公共管理等传统学科,国家治理理论呈现一种新的强烈的国家视角和国家主体性意识及服务于国家建设发展大局的治理实践性。中国特色社会主义国家治理的核心问题是中国共产党如何领导国家各公共机构并不断优化政府-市场-社会的关系以持续提升人民生活水平、增强国家实力和实现民族伟大复兴伟业目标。建构新时代中国特色社会主义国家治理理论体系要坚持马克思主义和中国化时代化马克思主义国家治理的根本原则;继承中华优秀传统文化对国家治理的思考与启示;借鉴全人类文明对国家治理问题的优秀成果;不断解决新的技术和社会条件对国家治理的机遇和挑战;不断解决实践中出现的各种治理问题。

Since the new era,national governance has increasingly become a new research topic and discipline.Different from the traditional disciplines such as political science,sociology,economics and public management,the theory of national governance presents a new strong national perspective,national subjectivity consciousness and governance practicality that serves the overall situation of national construction and development.The core issue of socialist national governance with Chinese characteristics is how does the CPC lead all public institutions of the country and constantly optimize the relationship between government,market and society to continuously improve people’s living standards,enhance national strength and achieve the great goal of national rejuvenation.In order to construct the theoretical system of socialist national governance with Chinese characteristics in the new era,it is necessary to adhere to the fundamental principles of Marxism and Sinicized Marxism,inherit the thinking and enlightenment of Chinese excellent traditional culture on national governance,draw lessons from the excellent achievements of human civilization on national governance,constantly solve the opportunities and challenges of new technology and social conditions on national governance,and constantly solve various governance problems that arise in practice.
