摘要
文章分析医院绩效管理现状中存在的不足与影响因素,提出医疗服务质量绩效管理的优化策略和建议,合理有序地推动绩效管理体系落实,为医疗服务质量管理的实践提供理论支持和参考,促进医院可持续良性化发展。
This article analyzes the shortcomings and influencing factors in the current state of hospital performance management.It proposes optimization strategies and suggestions for the management of medical service quality performance,aiming to promote the implementation of a performance management system in a rational and orderly manner.This provides theoretical support and reference for the practice of medical service quality management,and promotes sustainable and positive development in hospitals.
