宫颈癌根治术全身麻醉苏醒期寒战发生率与影响程度探究与讨论

Exploration and discussion on the incidence and impact of shivering during the recovery period of general anesthesia in cervical cancer radical surgery

目的分析宫颈癌根治术患者在全身麻醉苏醒期发生寒战的相关影响因素。方法选取46例宫颈癌根治术患者,统计全身麻醉苏醒期寒战发生率,并分析其影响因素。结果46例宫颈癌根治术患者全身麻醉苏醒期寒战发生率为13.04%(6/46);单因素分析显示:寒战发生组与非寒战发生组患者在年龄、麻醉维持方法、术中失血量、术中体温、手术时间和术后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Logistic多因素回归分析显示:年龄、术中失血量、术中体温、手术时间和术后VAS评分均是全身麻醉苏醒期寒战发生的重要影响因素(P<0.05)。结论宫颈癌根治术患者全身麻醉苏醒期寒战发生的影响因素较多,临床应引起充分的关注。

Objective To analyze the relevant influencing factors of shivering in patients undergoing cervical cancer radical surgery during the recovery period of general anesthesia.Methods The incidence of chills during the recovery period of general anesthesia was analyzed in 46 patients undergoing radical operation for cervical cancer.ResultsThe incidence of chills during the recovery period of general anesthesia was 13.04%(6/46)in 46 patients with radical resection of cervical cancer.Univariate analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences in age,anesthesia maintenance method,intraoperative blood loss,intraoperative temperature,operative time and postoperative visual analogue scale(VAs)score between the shivering group and the non-shivering group(P<0.05).Logistic multivariate regression analysis showed that age,intraoperative blood loss,intraoperative temperature,operative time and postoperative VAS score were all important factors affecting the occurrence of chills during the recovery period of general anesthesia(P<0.05).Conclusion There are many influencing factors on the occurrence of shivering during the recovery period of general anesthesia in patients undergoing cervical cancer radical surgery,clinical which should be given sufficient attention.
