仿生物电刺激联合常规治疗中重度宫腔粘连的临床研究

摘要 目的探讨仿生物电刺激联合常规治疗中重度宫腔粘连(IUA)的临床疗效。方法选取150例IUA患者,根据随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,各75例。两组患者均进行宫腔镜下宫腔粘连分离术及常规治疗,研究组在此基础上联合仿生物电刺激治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组月经改善总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后研究组子宫内膜厚度厚于对照组(P<0.05)。结论宫腔镜下宫腔粘连分离术后常规治疗联合仿生物电刺激治疗中重度IUA,可以改善盆腔血液循环,促进内膜生长,可有效防止宫腔再次粘连,改善子宫内膜厚度,值得临床推广。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of bioelectric stimulation combined with conventional treatment of moderate to severe intrauterine adhesions(IUA).Methods 150 IUA patients were selected and divided into study group and control group according to random number table method,with 75 patients in each group.The patients in both groups underwent hysteroscopic adhesion separation and conventional treatment.On this basis,the research group combined with bioelectric stimulation to compare the clinical effcacy of the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total effective rate of menstrual improvement between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the endometrial thickness of the study group was thicker than that of the control group(P<o.o5).Conclusion Conventional treatment after hysteroscopic hysteroscopic adhesion separation combined with bioelectric stimulation for moderate and severe IUA can improve pelvic blood circulation,promote endometrial growth,effectively prevent uterine adhesion again and improve endometrial thickness,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
