穴位贴敷联合中药熏蒸对剖宫产术后产妇胃肠道功能恢复的影响研究

Study on the effect of acupoint application combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation on the recovery of maternal gastrointestinal function after cesarean delivery

目的探讨穴位贴敷联合中药熏蒸在改善剖宫产手术产妇胃肠道功能中的价值。方法选取106例剖宫产产妇,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组53例。对照组采用常规干预,观察组在对照组基础上采用穴位贴敷联合中药熏蒸干预。对比两组产妇胃肠道功能恢复及腹胀发生率。结果观察组产妇肠鸣音恢复正常时间、首次肛门排气时间、首次排便时间均较对照组短(P<0.05)。观察组产妇腹胀发生率(3.77%)低于对照组(16.98%)(P<0.05)。结论穴位贴敷联合中药熏蒸有助于促进剖宫产术后产妇胃肠道功能恢复,对预防腹胀具有积极作用。

Objective To explore the value of acupoint application combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation in improving gastrointestinal function of puerpera undergoing cesarean section.Methods 106 cases of cesarean section were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,53 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine intervention,and the observation group was treated with acupoint application combined with Chinese medicine fumigation on the basis of the control group.The incidence of gastrointestinal function recovery and abdominal distension were compared between the two groups.Results The recovery time of intestinal sounds,first anal exhaust,first defecation and other gastrointestinal functions in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of abdominal distension in the observation group(3.77%)was lower than that in the control group(16.98%)(P<0.05).Conclusion_Acupoint application combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function of puerpera after cesarean section,reduce postoperative pain,improve sleep quality,and play a positive role in improving postpartum lactation and preventing abdominal distension.
