延续性护理联合术后关爱护理对人工流产女性降低重复流产率的效果分析

目的探究延续性护理联合术后关爱护理对人工流产女性降低重复流产率的效果。方法选取200例人工流产女性,根据随机数字表法分为两组,每组100例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用延续性护理联合术后关爱护理。比较两组重复流产率、心理状态及生活质量。结果观察组重复流产率0%低于对照组的6.00%(P<0.05)。护理后观察组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后观察组健康状况调查简表(SF-36)评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对人工流产女性实施延续性护理联合术后关爱护理可以降低重复流产率,对缓解负性情绪、提高生活质量具有积极作用。

Objective To explore the effect of continuous nursing combined with postoperative care on reducing the rate of repeated abortion in women with induced abortion.Methods 200 women with induced abortion were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 100 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with continuous nursing combined with postoperative care.The rate of repeated abortion,psychological state and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The repeat abortion rate of observation group was 0%lower than that of control group(6.00%)(P<0.05).The scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after nursing(P<0.05).After nursing,the SF-36 score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing combined with postoperative care for women with induced abortion can reduce the rate of repeated abortion,relieve negative emotions and improve the quality of life.
