产房助产士全程陪护对减少自然分娩产后出血的作用分析

Analysis of the effect of full care provided by midwives in delivery rooms on reducing postpartum hemorrhage duringnaturalchildbirth

目的探究产房助产士全程陪护对减少自然分娩产妇产后出血等产生的影响。方法选取在本院产科进行自然分娩的222例产妇,按照随机数字表法分为两组,观察组112例,对照组110例。对照组产妇在分娩时实施常规的分娩护理,观察组在对照组的基础上全程由产房助产士进行陪护,比较两组产妇产后并发症和产后出血情况。结果观察组产妇产后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组产妇产后2h、产后24h的出血量少于对照组,产后出血时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在常规的分娩护理基础上对自然分娩产妇实施产房助产士全程陪护可有效减少产后出现并发症的风险,减轻产后出血的严重程度,值得推广。

Objective To explore the impact of full care provided by midwives in delivery rooms on reducing postpartum hemorrhage in women undergoing natural childbirth.Methods 222 parturients who underwent natural childbirth in the obstetrics of our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method:an observation group of 112 cases and a control group of 110 cases.The control group of parturients received routine delivery care during delivery,while the observation group was accompanied by a midwife throughout the delivery process on the basis of the control group.Postpartum complications and postpartum hemorrhage were compared between the two groups of parturients.Results The incidence of postpartum complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The observation group had less bleeding at 2 hours and 24 hours postpartum than the control group,and the postpartum bleeding time was shorter than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of routine delivery care,providing full care of midwives in the delivery room for natural childbirth mothers can effectively reduce the risk of postpartum complications and alleviate the severity of postpartum hemorrhage,which is worth promoting.
