探讨术中保温护理对胎盘早剥术后患者体温及凝血功能的影响

To investigate the effect of intraoperative thermal insulation nursing on temperature and coagulation function of patients after placental abruption

目的探讨术中保温护理对胎盘早剥术后患者体温及凝血功能的影响。方法选取110例胎盘早剥术后产妇作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组与参照组,各55例。参照组采取常规护理,观察组在参照组基础上采取术中保温护理。比较两组护理满意度及不同时段体温、术后凝血功能指标。结果观察组护理满意度为96.36%(53/55),高于参照组的85.45%(47/55),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.960,P<0.05)。观察组术中及术后30 min、60 min、90 min的体温均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、凝血酶时间(TT)均长于参照组,纤维蛋白原(Fib)低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论术中保温护理在胎盘早剥术后产妇护理中,可有效稳定产妇不同时段体温,改善术后凝血功能,提高临床护理满意度,临床应用价值极高。

Objective To investigate the effect of intraoperative thermal insulation nursing on temperature and coagulation function of patients after placental abruption.Methods 110 women with placental abruption were selected and divided into observation group and reference group according to random number table method,55 cases in each group.The reference group received routine nursing,and the observation group received intraoperative thermal insulation nursing based on the reference group.The nursing satisfaction,body temperature and postoperative coagulation function indexes of the two groups were compared.Results Nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 96.36%(53/55),higher than that in the reference group 85.45%(47/55),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=3.960,P<0.05).The body temperature of observation group was long than that of reference group at 30 min,60 min and 90 min after operation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),prothrombin time(PT)and thrombin time(TT)in observation group were higher than those in reference group,and the fibrinogen(Fib)was lower than that in reference group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Intraoperative thermal insulation nursing can effectively stabilize maternal body temperature at different periods,improve postoperative coagulation function,improve clinical nursing satisfaction,and have high clinical application value.
