经阴道骶棘韧带悬吊术治疗子宫脱垂对患者盆底功能恢复的影响

Effect of transvaginal sacrospinous ligament suspension on the recovery of pelvic floor function in patients with uterineprolapse

目的探讨经阴道骶棘韧带悬吊术治疗子宫脱垂对患者盆底功能恢复的影响。方法选取60例子宫脱垂患者,根据随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,各30例。对照组采取传统手术治疗,研究组采取经阴道骶棘韧带悬吊术治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果研究组总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的73.33%(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组盆腔器官脱垂定量分期法(POP-Q)、盆底障碍简易问卷(PFIQ-7)评分均低于对照组,会阴肌力测试法(GRRUG)评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论经阴道骶棘韧带悬吊术治疗子宫脱垂患者,可促使子宫脱垂及症状消失,增强会阴肌力,进一步减轻盆底功能障碍,且并发症少,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of transvaginal sacrospinous ligament suspension on the recovery of pelvic floor function in patients with uterine prolapse.Methods 60 patients with uterine prolapse were selected and divided into study group and control group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional operation,and the study group was treated with transvaginal sacrospinous ligament suspension.,The clinical effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 96.67%,which was higher than that of the control group(73.33%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of quantitative staging of pelvic organ prolapsis(POP-Q)and simple pelvic floor disorders questionnaire(PFIQ-7)in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the scores of perineal muscle strength test(GRRUG)were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<o.o5).Conclusion Transvaginal sacrospinous ligament suspension in the treatment of patients with uterine prolapse can promote the disappearance of uterine prolapse and symptoms,enhance perineal muscle strength,further alleviate pelvic floor dysfunction,and less complications,worthy of clinical promotion.
