分析宫腔粘连患者子宫内膜中Notch跨膜受体-1及缺氧诱导因子-1α表达水平

目的分析宫腔粘连患者子宫内膜中Notch跨膜受体-1(Notch1)及缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)表达水平。方法选取37例非宫腔粘连患者作为对照组,75例宫腔粘连患者作为宫腔粘连组。比较两组患者宫腔组织中Notch1及HIF-1αmRNA表达水平,比较不同严重程度宫腔粘连组患者Notch1、HIF-1αmRNA表达水平及蛋白表达水平,分析Notch1、HIF-1α表达水平与宫颈粘连严重程度相关性。结果相比对照组,宫腔粘连组Notch1mRNA及HIF-1αmRNA均显著更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。重度组患者Notch1、HIF-1αmRNA及蛋白表达水平高于中度组及轻度组(P<0.05),中度组患者Notch1HIF-1αmRNA表达水平及蛋白表达水平均高于轻度组(P<0.05)。Notch1及HIF-1α表达水平与宫腔粘连严重程度成正相关(P<0.05)。结论宫腔粘连患者子宫内膜中Notch1及HIF-1α有着相对较高的表达水平,Notch1HIF-1α表达水平与宫腔粘连严重程度成正相关。

Objective The expression levels of Notch transmembrane receptor-1(Notch1)and hypoxia-inducible factor1α(HIF-1α)in endometrium of patients with uterine adhesion were analyzed.Methods 37 patients with non-uterine adhesion were selected as control group,and 75 patients with uterine adhesion were selected as intrauterine adhesion group.The mRNA expression levels of Notchl and HIF-1αin uterine tissue of the two groups were detected and compared,and the mRNA expression levels and protein expression levels of Notchl and HIF-1αin uterine adhesion groups with different degrees of severity were compared,and the corre1αtion between the expression levels of Notchl and HIF-1αand the severity of cervical adhesion was analyzed.Results Compared with control group,Notch1 mRNA and HIF-1αmRNA in intrauterine adhesion group were significantly higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The mRNA and protein expression levels of Notch1 and HIF-1αin severe group were higher than those in moderate group and mild group(P<o.05),and the mRNA and protein expression levels of Notchl and HIF-1αin moderate group were higher than those in mild group(P<0.05).The expression levels of Notchl and HIF-1αwere positively corre1αted with the severity of intrauterine adhesion(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression levels of Notchl and HIF-1αin endometrium of patients with intrauterine adhesion were re1αtively high,and the expression levels of Notchl and HIF-1αwere positively corre1αted with the severity of intrauterine adhesion.
