人本位护理应用于宫颈癌患者围手术期的护理效果研讨

Study on the effect of human-based nursing in patients with cervical cancer during perioperative period

目的探讨围手术期宫颈癌护理中人本位护理的作用。方法选取78例行手术治疗的宫颈癌患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组39例。观察组采用人本位护理,对照组采用常规护理,比较两组心理状态、依从性。结果干预前两组抑郁-焦虑-压力量表(DASS-21)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组干预后DASS-21评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组依从性(100%)明显高于对照组(89.74%)(P<0.05)。结论宫颈癌围手术期应用人本位护理具有积极意义,可缓解患者不良心态,增强患者依从性,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the role of human-based nursing in perioperative cervical cancer nursing.Methods 78 patients with cervical cancer undergoing surgical treatment were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with human-based nursing,while the control group was treated with routine nursing.The psychological state and compliance of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the scores of depression-anxiety-stress scale(DASS-21)between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,the DASS-21 score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The compliance of observation group(100%)was significantly higher than that of control group(89.74%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of human-based nursing in perioperative period of cervical cancer has positive significance,can alleviate patients'bad mentality,enhance patients'compliance,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
