术前术中人性化护理对子宫动脉栓塞患者应激反应及并发症的影响

The effect of preoperative and intraoperative humanized nursing on stress response and complications in patients with uterine artery embolism

目的研究术前术中人性化护理对子宫动脉栓塞患者应激反应及并发症的影响。方法选取40例子宫动脉栓塞患者,参考随机信封原则分为对照组与观察组,各20例。对照组给予传统模式护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予术前术中人性化护理,比较两组并发症发生情况及应激反应指标。结果观察组并发症发生率略低于对照组,但对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者术前心率(HR)、收缩压(SBP)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者的术中HR、SBP水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论子宫动脉栓塞患者术前术中接受人性化护理服务,有助于减轻应激反应,保证患者生命体征稳定性,降低围术期并发症风险,临床推广应用价值较高。

Objective To statistically study the effect of preoperative and intraoperative humanized nursing on stress response and complications in patients with uterine artery embolism.Methods 40 patients with uterine artery embolization were selected and divided into control group and observation group(20 cases each)according to the random envelope principle.The control group was given traditional nursing mode,and the observation group was given humanized nursing before and during operation on the basis of the control group.The incidence of complications and stress response indexes were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of complications in the observation group was slightly lower than that in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in preoperative heart rate(HR)and systolic blood pressure(SBP)between 2 groups(P>0.05).The intraoperative HR and SBP levels in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with uterine artery embolism who receive humanized nursing services before and during surgery can help alleviate stress reactions,ensure the stability of patient vital signs,reduce the risk of perioperative complications,and have high promotion and application value.
