参苓白术散加减治疗慢性脾虚型泄泻临床观察

目的:观察参苓白术散加减治疗慢性脾虚型泄泻的疗效。方法:120例随机分为两组,对照组用蒙脱石散治疗,观察组用参苓白术散加减治疗。结果:总有效率观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组每日大便次数、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05),Bristol大便性状分型优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组食欲不振、倦铭乏力、脘腹痞满积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:参苓白术散加减治疗慢性脾虚型泄泻疗效较好。

Objective:To observe the curative effect of modified Shenling Baizhu Powder in the treatment of chronic spleen deficiency diarrhea.Methods:A total of 120 cases were randomly divided into two groups.The control group were treated with montmorillonite powder while the observation group was treated with modified Shenling Baizhu powder.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the daily stool frequency and visual analogue scale(VAS)score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the Bristol stool trait classification was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of loss of appetite,fatigue,and abdominal fullness in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of modified Shenling Baizhu Powder is better in the treatment of chronic diarrhea of spleen deficiency type.
