萎复汤辅治慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效观察

目的:观察萎复汤辅治慢性萎缩性胃炎的疗效。方法:60例随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。两组均给予西药治疗,治疗组加用萎复汤治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后PG1/PG2、G17水平较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论:萎复汤辅治慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效较好。

Objective:To observe the curative effect of Weifu Decoction in adjuvant treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods:Sixty cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with western medicine,and the treatment group were treated with Weifu Decoction in addition.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of PG1/PG2 and G17 in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Weifu Decoction is effective in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis.
