针刺配合邵氏手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

目的:观察针刺配合邵氏手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果。方法:98例按随机数字表法分为两组各49例,两组均用针刺治疗,研究组配合邵氏手法治疗。结果:总有效率研究组较对照组高(P<0.05)。两组治疗后血浆黏度、高切全血黏度、低切全血黏度、红细胞压积均降低(P<0.05),研究组比对照组低(P<0.05)。两组治疗后IL-1β、TNF-α水平均降低(P<0.05),研究组比对照组低(P<0.05)。两组治疗后VAS、ODI评分均降低(P<0.05),研究组比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论:针刺配合邵氏手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效较好。

Objective:To observe the effect of acupuncture combined with Shao’s manipulation in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods:Ninety-eight cases were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,49 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with acupuncture,and the study group were treated with Shao’s manipulation.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The plasma viscosity,high shear whole blood viscosity,low shear whole blood viscosity and hematocrit of the two groups decreased after treatment(P<0.05),and those of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-1βand TNF-αin the two groups decreased(P<0.05),and those in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The VAS and ODI scores of the two groups decreased after treatment(P<0.05),and the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with Shao’s manipulation is effective in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.
