教师教育者的教育家精神弘扬与培育——以陕西师范大学教育系时期的老教师为例

Promoting and Cultivating the Educator Spirit of Teacher Educators:Taking the Veteran Teachers from the Education Department of Shaanxi Normal University as an Example

当前,大力弘扬“中国特有的教育家精神”正处在高潮,此时又恰逢陕西师范大学建校80周年之际,这不由得使我想起了我的大学老师——在陕西师大教育系初创和恢复重建时期——我校最早的那一批“教师教育者”,在他们身上所体现出的早期教师教育者的理想追求和躬耕态度,常常为我们所记起、所谈论、所感动。他们勤学笃行、乐教爱生;他们勇于探索,研究教育规律,力争成为教育家;他们富有个性,启智润心,展现人格魅力;他们始终秉持求是创新、无私奉献的精神,体现了“教师教育者”独有的教育家精神特质,也正是由于具备了这些精神特质,他们才成为陕西师范大学教育学科的奠基人、教育家精神的先行者,非常值得当今教师教育者和广大师范生传承与弘扬。

At present,the vigorous promotion of“unique spirit of Chinese educators”is at its peak,coinciding with the 80th anniversary of the founding of Shaanxi Normal University.This inevitably reminds me of my university teachers—those who were among the earliest“teacher educators”in the establishment and reconstruction of the Department of Education of Shaanxi Normal University.The ideals and attitudes of early teacher educators reflected in them are often remembered by us.Meanwhile,they are diligent in learning and practicing,and enjoy teaching and loving life;they are brave enough to explore,study educational laws,and strive to become educators;they are full of personality,enlightening and nurturing,showcasing their personal charm and they always uphold the spirit of seeking truth,innovation,and selfless dedication,reflecting the unique characteristics of educators as“teacher educators”.It is precisely because of these spiritual traits that they have become the founders of the education discipline and pioneers of the spirit of educators at Shaanxi Normal University,which is very worthy of inheritance and promotion by today's teacher educators and the majority of normal students.
