摘要
教师成为领导者,是引导学生发展、提高学校治理能力和推进教学改革创新的需要。教师的成长经历、担负的职责要求以及近年来课程领导力的推进等,都使得教师越来越成为领导者。教师作为领导者具有影响力主要源于非权力因素、发挥领导力的空间大、影响范围广且深远、注重交往合作、自我领导要求高的特征。在学校实践中,纠正学校管理者和教师对领导认识上的偏差、加大师范生领导力开发力度、在教师培训中增设领导力培育提升项目等,是教师成为领导者的重要支撑因素。
The transformation of teachers into leaders is essential for guiding student development,improving school governance,and advancing educational reform and innovation.Teachers'growth experiences,responsibilities,and the recent push for curriculum leadership have increasingly turned them into leaders.Teachers as leaders have significant influence primarily due to non⁃authoritarian factors,the large scope for exercising leadership,wide and profound impact,focus on communication and cooperation,and high self⁃leadership demands.In school practice,correcting leadership misconceptions among school administrators and teachers,intensifying leadership development for teacher trainees,and adding leadership training in teacher education programs are crucial supporting factors for teachers becoming leaders.
