摘要
通过问卷调查和深度访谈的方式,以17所高校1456名教师为样本,从人口统计学特征、学校特征、学术特征、教学荣誉特征四个方面对高校青年教师教学能力发展的自我评价和影响因素进行独立样本T检验、单因素方差分析和Logistic回归分析。研究发现,促进高校青年教师教学能力发展,需要大力加强教学师资培训与管理、着力减少青年教师的行政工作、殚力关注新入职教师发展、通力提升新建本科院校青年教师教学能力。
Through questionnaires and in⁃depth interviews,this study uses a sample of 1,456 teachers from 17 universities to independently test the self⁃evaluation and influencing factors of the development of young university teachers'teaching abilities across four aspects:demographic characteristics,school characteristics,academic characteristics and teaching honor characteristics.The study employs T⁃tests,ANOVA,and Logistic regression analysis.It is found that to promote the development of the teaching ability of young teachers in colleges and universities,it is necessary to strengthen the training and management of teachers,reduce the administrative workload of young teachers,focus on the development of new teachers,and enhance the teaching ability of young teachers in newly established colleges and universities.
