我国教育专业学位研究生层次教师教育发展研究

Research on the Development of China's Postgraduate Level Teachers'Education System

摘要 教育专业学位研究生层次教师教育是新世纪以来我国教师教育体系的增长极,自1997年发展至今经历了开创与规范发展、多元化与层次提升、规模扩张与质量管控并重三个阶段。构建了硕博两级、全日制与非全日制并行的比较完整的研究生层次教师教育体系,从培养院校类型、水平、区域、专业四个维度看布局较为合理。体系建设中取得的基本经验是:教育专业学位研究生教师教育是高素质教师队伍建设的重大战略举措,教育专业学位是促进教育公平的重要政策工具,秉承师范传统注重养成教育,是教育专业学位研究生层次培养的重要价值取向,坚持行动研究导向的政策创新是教育专业学位发展的方法论。面向建设研究生教育强国和建设高素质专业化创新型教师队伍目标,我国教育专业学位研究生教师教育发展建议有:深化研究生层次教师教育理论研究;准确体现专业学位教育的定位和特性;多措并举加强学科教学法师资力量建设;加强课程与教学,提高培养过程质量;强化研究生的身份认同与专业思政教育。 Postgraduate⁃level teacher education has been the development level of China's teacher education system since the new century.Since 1997,it has experienced three stages:Pioneering and standardizing development,diversification and upgrading levels,and scale expansion and quality control.A relatively complete postgraduate⁃level teacher education system with two levels of master's and doctoral,full⁃time and part⁃time,has been constructed.The overall layout of the postgraduate⁃level teacher education system is reasonable in terms of the four dimensions of training institutions:type,level,region,and major.The basic experiences learned from this are:professional degree in education is a major strategic initiative for the construction of high⁃quality teacher team,an important policy tool to promote education equity,adhering to the teacher tradition,and focusing on cultivating education.These are important value orientations of master's degree training in education.Adhering to action research⁃oriented policy innovation is a key methodology for developing education professional degrees.Facing the goal of building a strong country in postgraduate education and building a high⁃quality professional and innovative teaching team,the following development suggestions are put forward for the postgraduate education of education in China:deepen the theoretical research of teacher education at the postgraduate level,accurately reflect the positioning and characteristics of professional degree education,take multiple measures to strengthen the construction of subject teaching faculties,strengthen the curriculum and teaching to improve the quality of training process,and strengthen the identity of graduate students and professional ideological and political education.
