新时代高校思政课教师队伍建设:价值意蕴、现实困顿与实践理路

摘要 建设一支高水平的思政课教师队伍不仅是高校意识形态阵地建设的现实需要,也是落实立德树人根本任务的基本诉求。当前,高校思政课教师队伍建设尚存隐忧,如追求效率至上,思政课教师队伍结构有待平衡;囿于固定形式,思政课教师综合素养亟待提升;习惯路径依赖,思政课教师发展制度尚需完善。因此,以质量为底线着力优化思政课教师队伍整体结构、以问题为导向多措并举提升思政课教师综合素质、以优化制度供给为抓手营造思政课教师发展环境,是高校推进思政课教师队伍高质量建设的实践理路。 Building a high⁃level team of ideological and political education faculty in colleges and universities is not only a practical need for constructing ideological bases in higher education but also a fundamental requirement for implementing the core mission of fostering virtue through education.At the moment,there are still hidden problems in the construction of ideological and political teachers in colleges and universities,such as an overemphasis on efficiency and imbalanced teacher structure;restricted by the fixed form,the comprehensive quality of ideological and political teachers needs to be enhanced;depending on the habitual path,ideological and political teacher development system needs to be improved.Therefore,focusing on optimizing the overall structure of ideological and political teachers by the quality guaranteed,taking problem⁃oriented measures to improve the comprehensive quality of ideological and political teachers,and optimizing the system supply as the starting point to create an environment for the development of ideological and political teachers are the practical way for colleges and universities to promote the highly qualified construction of ideological and political teachers.
