几种美白原料配伍对其功能特性的影响

Effects of Several Whitening Ingredients Compound Together to Its Function Characters

摘要 近年来,口服美容产品越来越受欢迎,已有证据表明,部分美容口服产品可通过体内抗氧化、刺激内源性胶原蛋白的生成以及增加皮肤弹性等方式来改善皮肤状态,但如何在现有口服美容产品的基础上进行组合来进一步增强其美容效果值得研究。选取香瓜冻干浓缩粉、油橄榄果粉和红石榴浓缩粉3个具有提高最小红斑剂量(minimum erythema dose,MED)或者抑制酪氨酸酶活性的原料,通过适当配比组合成复合产品,通过检测组合产品对DPPH自由基清除效果、体外细胞试验及黑色素生成相关酪氨酸酶基因(TYR)和酪氨酸酶蛋白基因(TRP-1)表达分析,考察其抗氧化活性、对黑色素细胞合成黑色素能力的抑制作用及黑色素合成过程中相关基因的抑制作用。通过人群问卷,调查受试者服用复方产品后的效果。结果显示:相比单个原料,复配原料清除DPPH自由基效果最佳;复配原料能显著提升皮肤细胞抗氧化能力,降低黑色素细胞中黑色素生成量,对黑色素合成过程中的TYR和TRP-1基因在m RNA的表达水平有显著抑制作用;人群问卷测试表明,复方压片糖果可显著改善皮肤弹力、光泽度和色斑,受试者对产品的亮白和美肌效果满意的人数随着测试时间的延长逐渐增加。 Orally take beauty products have become more and more popular in recent years.The evidence shows that oral products can improve skin status via anti-oxidant,stimulating the production of endogenous collagen and increasing skin elasticity,but how to compound those ingredients together and to verify its function is less studied.Select three ingredients including melon freeze-dried concentrate power,olive powder and pomegranate concentrate powder which have the ability of increasing Minimum Erythema Dose(MED)or inhibiting the activity of tyrosinase,combine these three ingredients as a compound ingredient,and test its ability in anti-oxidant and melanogenesis inhibiting via cell test and related gentest.Investigate its efficacy through population survey.The result show that compared with separate ingredient,compound ingredient has better ability in DPPH clearance.Compound ingredient can improve anti-oxidant ability of skin cell,significantly reduce the production of melanin,and inhibit the activity of tyrosinase(TYR)and tyrosinase related protein(TRP-1).The population survey shows that compound pressed candy can improve skin elasticity,radiance and color spot,and more and more participants are satisfied with the compound pressed candy in skin brightening and beauty function.
