“葡萄酒工艺学”课程思政教学改革探索与实践

摘要 课程思政改革是高校教育改革的重要方向之一,对提高人才培养质量具有重要意义。结合“葡萄酒工艺学”课程内容,分析课程中蕴含的思政要素,建立课程思政融入点,实现在知识传授和技能培养中,融入家国情怀、自然情怀、职业素养、哲学思维和科学思维等思政元素,开展“葡萄酒工艺学”课程思政的改革与实践,为新工科背景下酿酒工科课程思政提供有益借鉴。 Reform of curriculum ideology and politics is one of the important directions of education reform in colleges and universities,and it is significance to improve the quality of students cultivation.Based on the contents of“Wine Technology”course,analyze the elements and find points of ideology and politics in the course.In the process of knowledge transfer and skill cultivation,the elements of ideology and politics such as national sentiment,natural sentiment,professionalism,philosophical mindset and scientific mindset are integrated into the course.It provides useful reference for the ideological politics education of oenological engineering courses under the background of new engineering.
