摘要
“食品工程原理”是食品科学与工程的专业核心课,旨在培养具备扎实理论知识和过硬工程应用能力的食品工程专业人才。传统教学过程由于内容抽象、学生理解难度大,难以满足食品行业发展的需求。借助智慧树课堂和雨课堂,形成激活课上、延伸课下的混合式学习方式、建立“课前预习-课中赋能-课后提高”的智慧教学模式,进一步优化教学内容和教学手段,显著提升教学效果。
content and the difficulty of students’understanding.With the help of wisdom tree classroom and rain classroom,the mixed learning mode of activating in class and extending after class is formed,the intelligent teaching mode of preview before class-empower during class-improve after class is established,the teaching content and teaching means are further optimized,and the teaching effect is significantly improved.
